When I saw the name so lovingly painted on the front of the tractor, I just had to snap a few shots:-) They seemed to be arranged for just such a portrait - quadtoned for that nostalgic feel, but not 'aged' with dust and scratches. That technique is still something I'm experimenting a bit with in order to be judiciously 'realistic'.

I definetely prefer the aged version. The other one seems to be a bit plain, but this one is really cool. It looks like the 50s!

I would have to agree with RainKing. The Quad-tone version is far more interesting. It has a timeless feel to it. I do hope you try the "aged" look with this one though. I think the subject matter lends itself perfectly to that treatment.

i agree with the other two, this one is much better! I love this one =) It definitely looks like an old photograph on someones mantle. Great!
